Translation infrastructure ready & Qt 5.0.0 String Freeze
November 28, 2012 by Sinan Tanilkan | Comments
We are happy to announce that the infrastructure for supporting different languages/translations in Qt 5 are now in place.
Contribute translations
If you would like to contribute your own translations please look at the Qt Localization pages. The daily updated translation files can be found at the download page for the translations, where you can also see the progress for the different languages.
String freeze
Qt 5.0.0 string freeze is now in effect. Please, no changes to translatable strings from this point, unless approved by the documentation team. (You can find them on irc: #qt-documentation on Freenode). Changing the strings now will cause frustration for people who contribute translations.
